Meet Pat Serkedakis
Pat Serkedakis is a REALTOR® Emeritus with Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston in Pittsboro, North Carolina, serving Pittsboro, Chatham Park, and the surrounding areas. He began his real estate career in Georgia and, after becoming an empty nester, relocated to North Carolina. With 40 years of experience across both states — including 18 years in North Carolina — Pat specializes in residential real estate, representing buyers and sellers, as well as land transactions. He holds a bachelor's degree in Urban Development from the University of Georgia and graduated from the Real Estate Institute in 1976.

For four decades, he has maintained his REALTOR® Emeritus designation, a testament to his enduring commitment to the profession.
